DESCRIPTION: ROWE RACING’s 2026 Nürburgring 24 Hours story changed almost a month after the chequered flag. On track, the #99 BMW M4 GT3 EVO driven by Daniel Harper, Max Hesse, Sheldon van der Linde and Dries Vanthoor finished just outside the podium after a hard recovery race. The car had lost ground early, but fought back through changing conditions, strategy pressure and one of the strongest GT3 fields of the year. Originally classified fourth, ROWE RACING later moved up to P3 overall and P3 in SP9 after the #84 ABT Lamborghini was disqualified for a Balance of Performance power limit violation. With a best lap of 8:15.405 and an average speed of 164.020 kph, the final result gives the #99 BMW M4 GT3 EVO the podium it had been fighting for throughout the race. It was not the title defence ROWE RACING had targeted after its 2025 Nürburgring 24 Hours victory, especially with the #1 sister car retiring due to a technical issue. But the final classification still confirmed another major Nürburgring result for the team: a hard-earned podium built on resilience, pace and persistence in the Green Hell.
