DESCRIPTION: The BMW M3 Touring 24H was one of the most special cars of the 2026 Nürburgring 24 Hours. What started as an April Fools’ joke became a full BMW M Motorsport project, built on the technical base of the BMW M4 GT3 EVO and developed for real competition in the Green Hell. Driven by Connor De Phillippi, Ugo de Wilde, Jens Klingmann and Neil Verhagen, the #81 BMW M3 Touring 24H finished P5 overall and claimed victory in the SPX class. With a best lap of 8:13.580 and an average speed of 163.798 kph, this was more than a show car. It was a serious racing machine with one of the most memorable stories of the weekend.
