DESCRIPTION: UP2Race turned the inaugural Michelin 12H Nürburgring 2026 into a breakthrough endurance performance with the No. 88 Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) EVO. Tim Heinemann, Oleksiy Kikireshko and Fabio Grosse combined front-running speed with disciplined traffic management on the Nürburgring GP circuit, placing the Porsche at the centre of the overall victory fight. The No. 88 led the race at the overnight intervention break and remained firmly in contention when competition resumed. Its 1:55.384 fastest lap confirmed the pace behind the result, but the final stint became a test of tyre life and defensive precision. Grosse protected second place on Michelin tyres that were already 53 laps old while Viper Niza closed rapidly from behind. After 300 laps, the gap at the line was only 0.469 seconds. Second overall and second in GT3 gave UP2Race a standout result in the first running of the event.
